Wal-Mart should have these bulbs in the hallway with light equipment and ventilators. These are the same lamps used at night and some characteristics of the aquifer.
Go to Lowe's. They have a large room filled with all kinds of bulbs, as you describe.
You have at least 100 different sizes of bulbs dshapes high intensitiy.
Or go to a store fixtures and laid the ball with you.

Take the lamp with you and try to repair shops. If this fails, try Hobby Lobby, Lowes, or Home Depot. One of them should have what you are looking for.
