CompactFlash or Microdrive? - single use digital cameras pretty good value, ok quality
I do not know if I can correctly use the word Microdrive here, but I do my mini-disks, each on a CompactFlash slot on a digital camera.
I ordered a Canon Digital Rebel XT, and the need for a memory card for him. I have a lot of nature photography, both near and landscape. Is probably all my photos in full resolution. Achieved in many areas to make my image, I sometimes several miles on foot.
From what I understand, are CompactFlash cards consume more expensive, less energy and are more resistant to shocks (not likely to lose data) for a Microdrive.
CompactFlash I think it sounds like the best option for me because some of the areas that fairly difficult hike (shock) and distance (drums). I am planning to buy a second battery. Can anyone confirm? I'm just looking for some pointers to get the type of card and what size. I would be able to get about 250 images on a single card.
